Our family run Guest House is located in a quiet location opposite the East Beach in Littlehampton which has a European Blue Flag safety award, where you can enjoy fabulous ocean views from our recently renovated dining room whilst enjoying a sumptuous cooked English breakfast. Parking is free on surrounding roads.
All our rooms are en-suited and all completely refurbished to a high quality, some with direct sea views. All rooms have free access to our secured WiFi system.

We are conveniently located for visiting the beautiful historic castle town of Arundel whether you are a keen walker getting there along the banks of the Arun is one way or in the summer months take a cruise boat, alternatively by bus, train or drive. We are within close proximity for classic car and horse racing events at world renowned Goodwood, and equally, we are a short drive or train ride to Worthing and Chichester, with shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and cinemas.
We are just a five minute stroll from Littlehampton shopping mall and a few minutes from the ever popular Arun river frontage with a variety of eateries from traditional English fish and chips to Thai cuisine. There is the Harbour Amusement Park across the road also the oyster boating pond. Take a walk along the river and beach front and enjoy an ice cream with the children at one of the many kiosks.
