Children:

Children over the age of 12 will be charged as adults.

Check-in:

Check-in from 14:30 (2:30pm) onwards. However, if early check-in is required this must be pre arranged and is subject to availability.

Check-out:

Check out by 11:00

Card Payments:

Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% to cover our merchant card processing and administrative fees. Debit card payments will not incur any additional fees.

Cash Payments:

Cash payments will require a signed imprint of a credit card, maestro card or some other form of card upon check-in. This will be destroyed upon departure.

Cancellations:

Bed & Breakfast - Bookings must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 72 hours notification, an amount, equivalent to one night's average cost of accommodation will be charged. During peak season (01 June 2011 - 30 September 2011) we have a 2 night minimum week-end stay policy, in the event of one of the nights requiring cancellation unfortunately both nights will have to be cancelled.  A £10.00 cancellation fee will be charged to cover all administrative costs.

Self Catering - Bookings must be cancelled 3 weeks before arrival date. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, if cancelled inside the 3 weeks before arrival then the deposit is non refundable. If cancelled outside 3 weeks before arrival then a one night charge will apply for bookings of 3 & 4 night stays and 2 night charge for stays of 5 to 7 (i.e. cancellation of a 14 night reservation would incur a 4 night charge)  A £10.00 cancellation fee will apply which covers all administrative costs.

Any reservation made at short notice will require full payment by debit or credit card at time of booking.

It is advisable to take out travel insurance at time of making your reservation for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur preventing you for taking your holiday or break.

Our “3 night Easter and Bank Holiday's 20% discount” offer is based on our Weekend room rates detailed on 'Our Rooms' page and includes breakfast served daily in our sea view dining room. The 3 nights must be taken consecutively and is  subject to availability. This offer excludes our self catering accommodation.

Parking:

Parking is free anywhere on the street where there are no double yellow lines or pay & display. In the council car park directly opposite, parking is free between the hours of 1800 - 0800 (6pm - 8am) and £2.40 is a full day rate during 1st October to 31st March, and £6.30 during summer. A parking permit can be provided for stays of 3 nights or more and is subject to availability. A £30 deposit for the permit will need to be paid  upon check-in by either cash or a manual credit card swipe, this will be refunded upon return of the permit.

Pets:

We are a pet friendly Guest House; however, this is subject to availability and approval from the management, due to having only one specific room with its own separate entry. £5.00 per pet per night, maximum 1 medium or large breed or 2 small or miniature breeds, price includes a bowl with dry biscuit or tin food. Unfortunately we only accept non malting breeds. Owners must provide pets own bedding, no pets are permitted on the beds or furniture. You will be given a form outlining expected room cleanliness conditions to be signed upon check-in; this is to cover any extra cleaning.
