Harbour Park Located on the beach, at the mouth of the River Arun, just one minutes walk from our Guest House, is the Harbour Park Amusement centre. Originally the location of the famous Butlins holiday centre.
With it's delightful "New England" fishing village setting, Harbour Park is one of the finest Amusement Parks on the South Coast. With Indoor & Outdoor Attractions it has all the makings of a great family day out.
Ride the Coaster, Get wet on the Water Chute or be spooked in the Horror Hotel.
If you have a sense of adventure take your family for a ride on the 7.5 metre high Water Chute. You're guaranteed fun and laughter and sure to get wet.
Try the Dodgems or the other thrilling rides and attractions for the whole family such as the Hic-Cup, Waltzer, Dodgems and Crazy Bikes.

Littlehampton Golf Club We are the oldest club in West Sussex, and are also the only links course and proud to have a long and fascinating history. Without being too severe on the average player, the course offers a true test of ability, and with excellent drainage, remains playable all year round.
The welcoming, modern Clubhouse offers friendly hospitality with a wide range of menus, with relaxing bars and lounges catering to the needs of members and visitors alike.

Look and Sea Visitor Centre The Littlehampton Visitor Information Centre is situated on the ground floor of the Look & Sea Centre and is open daily from 10am.
The magnificent Viewing Tower is the ideal way to complete a visit to the Look and Sea Centre. With a 360° panorama it provides one of the best views in Sussex.
The Harbour Lights Café opens daily from 9am serving breakfasts, home cooked lunches, snacks, teas & coffees and much more. Including delicous fresh local crab or lobster salad, or beer battered fish & chips whilst soaking up the sun on the glorious patio overlooking the harbour.
The Heritage Exhibition is currently being re-developed to focus on the seaside and harbour history of Littlehampton, but the Ship to Shore Gallery is open at present, reflecting some of the themes to be expanded in the near future

Fishing Littlehampton is ideally positioned for anglers to gain access to some of the best sites along the South Coast. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Solent, Littlehampton offers some of the South's most experienced skippers who in a very short time will take you spots that can produce some of the best fishing available.
Diving Littlehampton offers access to a tremendous amount of diving. We are able to offer a broad program of diving, available on a full weekend basis, or, if other commitments are pressing, on a daily basis.
Kite and Wind Surfing Located on the West beach with its sandy underfoot, less busy at peak times and due to the massive area it never gets crowded. In fact there never seems to be more than 4 or 5 kites out, there is also a café and toilets at the entrance so plenty of tea, coffee and food available.

SOUTH DOWNS - Only 4 miles away
Many miles of interesting walks, you can meander literally for hours, so come with your walking shoes and a bottle of water and set off into the distance.
There is also the 31th Annual South Downs Way Walk which will take place from 18th to 26th June 2010 walking westerly from Winchester to Eastbourne. Bookings are now open. |

ARUNDEL - Only 4.5 miles away
With it famous castle sitting atop and looking down over it's town dwellers.
Just a short picturesque walk is Swanbourne Lake, with many species of water fowl, fish and fabulous walks around the lake. Plus boats to hire for a row around the lake, followed by tea/cakes or a snack at the Swanbourne Lodge Cafe.
Just up from here is the Arundel Wetlands, a wildlife paradise.
Then there's the hugely popular Black Rabbit pub just a mile further up the road, with great food and seating overlooking the river with distant views of the castle a photographers paradise anytime but particularly during a spectacular sunset.

CHICHESTER - Only 10 miles away
A City with art and soul, Chichester is famous for its flourishing art scene from cutting-edge theatre to traditional classics, from rap and reggae music to blues and jazz plus jaw-dropping art collections with one of the best exhibitions of 20th century British art in the country at Pallant House Gallery, showing work by Peter Blake, Lucien Freud and Richard Hamilton.
The Cathedral s collection combines historic architecture with a varied world famous collection of modern art, including a window by Marc Chagall and John Piper s tapestry.
The Chichester Festival Theatre season presents a mix of new and classical drama, musicals and comedy.

GOODWOOD RACECOURSE - Only 14 miles away
It was the 3rd Duke of Richmond, who in 1802 first brought horseracing to Goodwood. Now more than 200 years later Goodwood is internationally acclaimed as being one of the most beautiful racecourses in the world. Renowned for it's unique style and elegance, Goodwood continues to set evern higher standards of style and quality for it's racegoers. We are now taking bookings for the famous 5 day race meeting ' Glorious Goodwood' for 2010, starting Tuesday 27th July until Saturday 31st July.
It's a great day out for both the avid horse lover or the occasional visitor and is also a centre for motorsport enthusiasts with the exciting Goodwood festival of Speed starting Friday 2nd July for 3 days and the famous Goodwood revival, from Friday 17th - Sunday 20th September.

FONTWELL PARK - Only 7 miles away
